Adelina Correa

is a student at Columbia University (’23) double majoring in Neuroscience and Ethnicity & Race Studies. She is incredibly passionate about the intersection of science and race and addressing the institutional racism within the health care system. Within the Columbia community she is a member of the Multicultural Recruitment Committee and the Mixed Heritage Society, as well as working for the Columbia Journalism School and working on four productions with the Columbia Musical Theatre Society, both as cast and crew. She is also a Sutton Trust US Programme alum and a mentor for Columbia’s incoming Sutton Trust students. In her free time, Adelina enjoys singing, drinking iced coffee, watching the sunset at Riverside Park and exploring the city.
